The Staffordshire town of Biddulph is on the A527 and can be used as an alternative route into Stoke-on-Trent.

Congleton has its own railway station and is situated on the Manchester to Stoke-on-Trent branch of the West Coast Main Line. The nearest airport is Manchester at 20 miles away and there are a number of bus routes servicing the town.

The town is home to attractions such as Congleton Park and the free-to-use Paddling Pool, which is open during the summer months to aid cooling off in warmer climes. National Trust Tudor house, Little Moreton Hall can be found four miles southwest, with Biddulph Valley Way providing a haven for hikers and cyclists.

Shared Ownership

Help to Buy logo

Whether you're a first-time buyer, or don't have a full deposit, Shared Ownership is an affordable way to own a new home you'll love to live in.

A branch of the Help to Buy scheme, Shared Ownership is a way to buy a brand new property, allowing you to part-buy, part-rent your home.

The initial share you buy will usually be between 25% and 75% of the full property price and is tailored to your needs, making it affordable now and in the future.

You can increase your shares in your home - known as 'staircasing' - which then decreases the amount of rent you pay. If you staircase to 100% ownership, there is no rent to pay.
